1. Eligibility: Due to the artistic outcome of the 2025 Volusia Guns & Hoses Calendar Project, applicants must be an employee of any Fire Department or Law Enforcement Agency in Volusia County.
2. Participant Selection: Project participation will be selected via the pool of qualified applicants via a panel of judges of Volusia County residents.
3. Participant Notification: Applicants will be notified of Project participation via phone call and/or the email provided on the application. You will be required to respond and acknowledge your desire to be engaged as a participant in the 2025 Volusia Guns & Hoses Calendar Project. Failure to respond and confirm your participation status within 3 (three) business days will result in withdrawal from project consideration
4. Project Participation: Selected participants will be required to be available for up to 6 hours (six) hours of photoshoots. In addition, selected participants must be available for marketing and publicity events scheduled as part of the Wig Out for Cancer event at The Center of Deltona, 1640 Dr. M.L.K. Blvd, Deltona, FL 32725 on September 27, 2024, between the hours of 3 pm and 10 pm eastern standard time.
5. Privacy: Personal information collected as part of the 2025 Volusia Guns & Hoses Calendar Project will not be shared, distributed or sold with entities outside of the scope of the Project. Personal information will be utilized and protected in compliance with relevant United States and State of Florida privacy laws.
6. Liability and Indemnification: Applicants and/or Participants agree not to hold the project organizer(s) liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from their application or participation in the Project. Selected participants acknowledge and agree to be engaged as an unpaid, volunteer for the 2025 Volusia Guns & Hoses Calendar Project.
7. Travel and Expenses: Selected Participants will be required to travel to photoshoot locations within Volusia county. As a unpaid, volunteer participant of the Project, you will not be reimbursed for travel or expenses incurred through your participation in the project; unless reimbursement is expressly approved by the organizer(s).
8. Changes or Cancellation: Applicants and/or Participants reserve the right to cancel or terminate their application and/or participation at any time. A request to cancel or terminate application or participation can be submitted to
9. Governing Law: The laws of the State of Florida will apply any disputes or legal actions that arise from the 2025 Volusia Guns and Hoses Calendar Project.

11. Agreement to Terms: Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is required to be considered as a participant for the 2025 Volusia Guns and Hoses Calendar Project.
